- Seeking an experienced Application Analyst with a strong background in clinical applications to support the design, development, testing, and implementation of healthcare systems. This role involves close collaboration with clinical users to optimize workflows, documentation, and system functionality.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and implement clinical application systems
- Collaborate with clinicians to understand workflows and adapt software solutions
- Develop detailed specifications, including clinical processes, data flow, and impact analysis
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and system maintenance
- Contribute to protocol development and documentation standards
- Lead or support medium to large-scale projects with broad scope and complexity
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5–7 years of clinical applications experience or equivalent combination of education and training
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows, documentation, and practice standards
