8. Job Posting Rules
Employers agree not to post:
- Discriminatory content based on protected characteristics
- Misleading or fraudulent job descriptions
- Spam or duplicate postings
- Jobs unrelated to the IT industry
- Illegal job opportunities
9. Prohibited Content
Users agree not to post, upload, or transmit:
- Obscene, defamatory, or libelous content
- Content that infringes intellectual property rights
- Viruses or malicious code
- Spam or unsolicited advertising
- Harassment or hate speech
10. Employer Responsibilities
Employers are responsible for:
- Accuracy of job postings
- Compliance with employment laws and anti-discrimination regulations
- Responding to applicants professionally
- Not engaging in discriminatory hiring practices
11. Job Seeker Responsibilities
Job seekers agree to:
- Provide accurate information in applications
- Submit legitimate resumes and credentials
- Not spam employers or apply to the same job multiple times
- Respect employer privacy and confidentiality
12. Subscription and Payment Terms
Premium subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled. Users can cancel anytime from their account settings. Refunds are not provided for partial months.
13. Termination
DFWITJobs may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach any terms or conditions of this agreement or engage in prohibited conduct.
14. Intellectual Property Rights
The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion and other matters related to the Site are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary (including but not limited to intellectual property) rights.
15. DMCA Compliance
DFWITJobs respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please notify us immediately at info@dfwitjobs.com with the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the infringing material and its location
- Your address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DFWITJobs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the website.
17. Age Discrimination Compliance (29 CFR § 1625.2)
DFWITJobs strictly prohibits age-discriminatory job postings in compliance with the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA) and 29 CFR § 1625.2. Employers may not post ads expressing preferences or limitations based on age. Violations will result in immediate removal of the posting and possible account suspension.
