- Seeking an AVP, Debt Manager SME to oversee database and application operations, ensuring efficient end-to-end account lifecycle management. This role partners with technology, operations, and vendors to troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and maintain data integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as SME for database structure, SQL queries, stored procedures, and account data flows.
- Support segmentation, worklists, tagging, and backend processes, including archiving and purging accounts.
- Troubleshoot integrations, workflows, and automation processes (cron jobs, APIs).
- Advise on account relationships, record duplication, and payment processing.
- Provide user training and guidance on backend functionality and troubleshooting.
Qualifications / Experience
- Advanced SQL and database troubleshooting skills.
- Expertise with Debt Manager and complex account lifecycle processing.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end collections data flows.
- Ability to translate technical details into actionable guidance for operations and leadership.
