Booz Allen - Deployment Engineering Lead

• We are seeking a Deployment Engineering Lead to coordinate technical build and deployment activities across ERP and CLM platforms. The role ensures integration, configuration, migration, and cutover engineering activities are executed consistently and align with enterprise architecture standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate technical teams during build and deployment.
• Own the technical deployment plan, including environments, data migration, and cutover.
• Ensure consistency across integrations, middleware, and reporting.
• Provide technical guidance to Deployment SMEs and resolve cross-platform issues.
• Partner with Enterprise Architect to ensure deployments align with enterprise standards.
• Support hypercare and transition to operations.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of technical experience, including 8+ years in a leadership role in ERP Deployment/Integration Engineering.
• Hands-on experience coordinating across ERP, CLM, or similar platforms.
• Strong background in system integration, cutover planning, and deployment governance.
• Expertise with System Development Lifecycle models and project management.

Experience in mid to large corporations (30,000+ personnel) highly desired.
