BRIM QA Engineer

• We are seeking a detail-oriented SAP BRIM QA Engineer to support testing and quality assurance activities for SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) implementations. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of BRIM modules and experience in functional and integration testing across billing, charging, invoicing, and revenue processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases for SAP BRIM implementations

Perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing across

• Convergent Charging (CC)
• Convergent Invoicing (CI)
• FI-CA (Contract Accounts Receivable & Payable)
• Validate end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) and billing cycles
• Test rating, billing, invoicing, payments, and collections processes
• Ensure proper integration between BRIM and SAP SD, FI, RAR, and external systems
• Identify, log, track, and retest defects using defect management tools (JIRA, ALM, etc.)
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to resolve issues
• Validate data migration and reconciliation activities
• Prepare QA documentation and support audit compliance

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of SAP testing experience
• Hands-on experience testing SAP BRIM modules (CC, CI, FI-CA)
• Strong understanding of billing, subscription, and revenue processes

Experience with integration testing and end-to-end (E2E) testing

• Familiarity with test management tools (HP ALM, JIRA, Solution Manager)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
