Business Analyst - Mastery

• Seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support end-to-end delivery across the full development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, analysis, design, testing, implementation, and support. The role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and ensure successful project outcomes.

• Key Responsibilities
• Participate in all phases of the SDLC: requirements, analysis, design, build, testing, and implementation
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to identify business needs, gaps, and improvement opportunities
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Analyze systems and data to ensure accuracy, integrity, and alignment with business needs
• Document business, functional, and technical requirements, including process flows
• Develop source-to-target mappings for data movement and reporting
• Validate requirements against design standards and best practices
• Support project execution by defining technical scope and assisting delivery teams
• Facilitate discussions, document decisions, and highlight risks, dependencies, and trade-offs
• Communicate progress and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership
• Provide support and training during implementation and rollout phases
• Collaborate across teams and manage priorities to meet deadlines
• Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst / Data Analyst
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation
• Ability to translate business needs into system requirements and reporting metrics
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills

Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project timelines
