- Seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support end-to-end delivery across the full development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, analysis, design, testing, implementation, and support. The role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and ensure successful project outcomes.
- Key Responsibilities
- Participate in all phases of the SDLC: requirements, analysis, design, build, testing, and implementation
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to identify business needs, gaps, and improvement opportunities
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Analyze systems and data to ensure accuracy, integrity, and alignment with business needs
- Document business, functional, and technical requirements, including process flows
- Develop source-to-target mappings for data movement and reporting
- Validate requirements against design standards and best practices
- Support project execution by defining technical scope and assisting delivery teams
- Facilitate discussions, document decisions, and highlight risks, dependencies, and trade-offs
- Communicate progress and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership
- Provide support and training during implementation and rollout phases
- Collaborate across teams and manage priorities to meet deadlines
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst / Data Analyst
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation
- Ability to translate business needs into system requirements and reporting metrics
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project timelines
