Business Analyst - Mastery

• Looking for an experienced Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technology solutions. The role includes gathering and analyzing requirements, documenting processes, supporting the full project lifecycle, and collaborating with stakeholders and development teams to deliver effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
• Translate stakeholder needs into functional specifications and user stories.
• Support all phases of the project lifecycle, including design, testing, and implementation.
• Act as a liaison between business teams and development teams.
• Validate systems and data for accuracy and integrity.
• Document process flows, mappings, and technical scopes.
• Communicate progress and outcomes to stakeholders; provide support during rollouts.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 6+ years as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or Data Analyst.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and meet project deadlines.
• Technical expertise with strong business acumen and attention to detail.
