Business Analyst- Senior

• Seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Health IT Integration and Provider Engagement Consultant to support provider outreach, training, and technical integration. The role involves optimizing internal systems to improve service delivery, data capture, and reporting accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Provider Engagement & Technical Integration

• Provide guidance on provider onboarding, data connections, and workflow alignment with health information exchange (HIE) systems.
• Support providers through onboarding, integration, testing, training, and go-live activities.
• Communicate technical requirements clearly to clinical and administrative stakeholders.
• Liaise with providers, internal teams, and vendors to troubleshoot issues and ensure secure data transmission.
• Develop training materials, job aids, and user guides to support provider understanding of HIE processes.

• CRM Platform Optimization & Data Management

• Optimize CRM platform usage for tracking provider status, engagement activity, training, and milestones.
• Configure and enhance CRM workflows, fields, and dashboards for operational efficiency.
• Lead data quality initiatives, audits, updates, and deduplication within the CRM system.
• Maintain best practices for administrative data capture and documentation.
• Collaborate on reports, performance metrics, and data insights to inform strategy.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years in Health IT, provider relations, or healthcare system implementation
• Strong knowledge of HIE, EHR/EMR systems, and interoperability standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR)
• 5+ years supporting CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Strong organizational, analytical, and multi-project management skills

Education

• Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
