Commercial Data Change Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and coordinate initiatives across multiple workstreams within and outside Commercial Excellence
• Identify and resolve operational issues impacting customers and internal teams
• Partner with Data Governance Leads, Product Managers, Customer Master Data teams, and stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Customer Service
• Lead project planning, task assignment, progress tracking, and escalation management
• Improve operational workflows and implement process optimization strategies
• Establish meeting governance, accountability, KPI tracking, and reporting

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of customer experience and operational excellence
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to lead and influence in a matrixed environment
• Proven success managing complex cross-functional projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 7+ years of experience in program management, operations, or cross-functional leadership roles
