- We are seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer (Compliance Focus) with strong experience in security standards, audits, and product security compliance. This role supports enterprise-wide compliance initiatives aligned with IEC 62443, ISO 27001, and EU Cyber Resilience Act (CRA).
Key Responsibilities
- Support execution of security compliance programs (A&A) across products/platforms
- Assist with audit evidence collection and documentation (ISO, internal, customer audits)
- Translate compliance requirements into procedures, checklists, and templates
- Support EU CRA initiatives including secure-by-design, SBOM, and vulnerability documentation
- Align engineering practices with IEC 62443 secure development lifecycle
- Track risks, compliance gaps, and remediation activities
- Prepare responses to customer security questionnaires and assessments
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Quality teams
Required Skills
- 10+ years in Cybersecurity / Product Security / Compliance
- Strong knowledge of IEC 62443, ISO/IEC 27001, EU CRA
Experience with audit support, evidence collection, and compliance tracking
- Understanding of secure development lifecycle (SDLC)
Experience with risk management and vulnerability management
- Strong documentation and communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Background in GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance)
Experience in regulated product environments
- Multilingual: Spanish or Portuguese
