- We are seeking a Senior Data Engineer with 8+ years of experience in enterprise data engineering, including Apache Airflow, dbt Core, and cloud-native container platforms (Kubernetes / OpenShift). You will build and optimize scalable data pipelines supporting financial and accounting platforms, including high-volume data processing and enterprise system migrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Airflow DAGs for batch and event-driven pipelines
- Lead dbt Core implementation, including models, tests, macros, and CI/CD integration
- Deploy and manage workloads on Kubernetes / OpenShift, optimizing resources and performance
- Monitor pipeline performance, identify bottlenecks, and ensure reliability
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders, enforcing data engineering standards
Required Skills
- 10+ years in data/platform engineering roles
- Expert-level Airflow and dbt Core
- Strong Python and SQL skills
Experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift in production
- Cloud platform and containerized deployment experience
Preferred
Experience in financial services platforms
- Enterprise system migration and data warehouse exposure
