Delivery Lead

• We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead (Engineering Manager) to drive delivery excellence and technical execution across engineering teams. This role focuses on planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder alignment while maintaining high standards of engineering quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivery Management

• Plan, execute, and manage delivery with clear stakeholder alignment
• Own team outcomes, ensuring prioritized work and timely delivery of commitments
• Define realistic, priority-driven delivery roadmaps and forecasts
• Ensure consistent, on-time delivery with predictable Agile practices
• Proactively identify and manage risks; escalate when necessary
• Collaborate with product, technical, and business stakeholders to achieve program goals

• Technical Execution

• Review designs and technical approaches for quality, scalability, and maintainability
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and implementation as needed
• Balance short-term delivery goals with long-term technical health and debt management
• Ensure adherence to engineering best practices and standards
• Promote high-quality engineering practices, including reliability, performance, and scalability
• Reinforce strong development and testing practices across the team

Required Skills

• Strong experience in delivery management and Agile methodologies
• Solid technical background with hands-on engineering involvement
• Ability to manage risks, priorities, and cross-functional stakeholders

Experience in driving scalable and high-quality software solutions
