- We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to manage engineering teams and ensure successful delivery of software solutions. The role combines delivery management, technical leadership, and stakeholder alignment to drive high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery Management
- Plan, execute, and monitor delivery across teams, managing risks and ensuring alignment with stakeholders.
- Own team outcomes, prioritize work, and ensure timely delivery of commitments.
- Define realistic, priority-driven delivery roadmaps and forecasts.
- Promote Agile delivery practices to ensure predictable outcomes and rapid feedback.
- Identify and manage delivery risks proactively, escalating when needed.
- Collaborate closely with product and technical leaders to contribute to program success.
Technical Execution
- Review designs and technical approaches to identify quality, scalability, and maintainability concerns.
- Participate in team activities, including code reviews, design discussions, and targeted implementation.
- Balance short-term delivery goals with long-term technical health, addressing technical debt deliberately.
- Enforce best practices and maintain consistent engineering quality across the team.
- Promote high standards for reliability, scalability, performance, and testing practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in delivery management and technical leadership.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software development best practices.
- Ability to guide technical decisions and maintain credibility within engineering teams.
