  • We are seeking a Design Program Manager to lead the execution and delivery of scalable programs and processes that enable high-quality product experiences. This role focuses on driving cross-functional alignment, improving design operations, and ensuring efficient program delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end program planning, execution, and delivery across design and cross-functional teams
  • Identify organizational challenges, perform root cause analysis, and implement scalable solutions
  • Engage with executive stakeholders and drive alignment across teams
  • Develop and implement processes to manage multiple UX projects effectively
  • Contribute to the evolution of design program management practices, frameworks, and tools
  • Identify dependencies and resolve conflicts across product features and platforms
  • Ensure transparency in program status, resource planning, and stakeholder communication

Preferred Qualifications

  • 10+ years of project/program management experience in mid to large organizations

Experience working with design teams and managing complex, cross-functional programs

  • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to drive strategic and tactical discussions to resolve critical challenges

Experience leading organizational change and promoting scalable solutions

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and educate cross-functional teams
  • Commitment to knowledge sharing and fostering inclusive team environments

Required Skills

Experience managing large-scale programs with cross-functional teams

  • Ability to deliver solutions and strategies while removing obstacles
  • Proficiency with project management tools for tracking progress and reporting metrics

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Computer Information Systems (CIS), Management Information Systems (MIS), Operations and Information Management (OIM), or related field (or equivalent experience)
