- We are looking for an experienced iOS Technical Lead to design, develop, and deliver high-performance mobile applications. You will mentor the team, collaborate with architects, and ensure best practices in code quality and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design, development, and deployment of native iOS applications.
- Translate user stories into well-engineered, testable code.
- Mentor team members on platform components and performance best practices.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to prioritize work and address technical debt.
- Research and apply modern software development techniques to improve quality and velocity.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in native mobile development (Swift/Objective-C, JavaScript).
- Solid understanding of design patterns, data modeling, and integration practices.
- Proven track record delivering large cross-team projects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with cloud platforms, mobile/web frameworks, and microservices.
Preferred Skills
- Swift 5, iOS SDK/XCode, CI/CD pipelines, Git.
- Observability tools (Honeycomb, Splunk).
Qualifications
- 10+ years software development experience, 5+ years in mobile development.
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience preferred.
