iOS Technical Lead

• We are looking for an experienced iOS Technical Lead to design, develop, and deliver high-quality native mobile applications. The role involves technical leadership, hands-on development, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to build scalable and performant mobile solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and implementation of iOS applications
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and Scrum teams
• Translate requirements into clean, testable, and efficient code
• Mentor team members and promote best practices in iOS development
• Ensure application performance, quality, and scalability
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and production support
• Contribute to CI/CD processes and release management

Required Skills

• Strong experience in native iOS development (Swift / Swift 5 preferred)
• Solid understanding of OOP, data structures, and design patterns

Experience with large-scale mobile application delivery

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• 10+ years of software development experience
• 5+ years of mobile development experience

Preferred

• Xcode, iOS SDK latest versions
• CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Fastlane)
• Git/GitHub
• Basic exposure to cloud, microservices, and monitoring tools (Splunk, etc.)
