- We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with 4–7 years of experience in managing digital (website) projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in website delivery, including CMS and back-end applications, and a proven track record managing external vendors and complex, multi-faceted projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage IT projects from initiation to delivery, coordinating teams, sprints, and resources.
- Align IT practices with business objectives and lead cross-functional technology initiatives.
- Define project scope, goals, milestones, and resource requirements.
- Lead sprint planning and stand-ups, applying Agile methodologies to drive incremental delivery.
- Collaborate with technical and product teams to prioritize and scope complex projects.
- Provide visibility into project progress and manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
- Oversee website testing including QA, BUAT, SIT, and related activities.
Qualifications
- 4–7 years of IT project management experience, with a focus on digital/website projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills.
Experience in complex project delivery and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
- Solid understanding of website CMS and back-end systems.
