IT Project Manager 1 of 1

• The IT Project Manager oversees IT projects, coordinating teams, sprints, and resources to ensure timely delivery while adhering to Agile and Waterfall principles. This role focuses on aligning IT practices with business needs and leading the cross-functional delivery of technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, goals, milestones, and resources from concept through implementation.
• Lead sprint planning, stand-ups, and the full project lifecycle using Agile methodologies.
• Collaborate with technical and product teams to prioritize and scope complex projects.
• Maintain visibility into project progress, manage dependencies, and mitigate risks.
• Manage external vendors and ensure their deliverables align with project objectives.
• Conduct website testing including QA, BUAT, and SIT phases.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure expectations are met and communicated effectively.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4–7 years of experience in IT project management.
• Strong experience in digital/website projects with a solid understanding of CMS and website back-end applications.
• Proven track record managing complex, multi-faceted projects.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.

Experience managing external vendors.

Experience in website testing and quality assurance processes.
