IT Senior Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple large-scale projects/programs simultaneously with minimal oversight
• Manage internal/external stakeholders and executive communications
• Drive project scope, schedules, risk mitigation, and delivery plans
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-value solutions
• Track project status, risks, dependencies, and escalations
• Ensure alignment with strategic business objectives and customer expectations

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Program/Project Management experience

Experience in fintech, healthcare payments, HBA, or commercial payments

• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills

Experience working in large multinational financial organizations

• Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and organizational skills
• Expertise in MS Planner, MS Project, MS Teams, and SharePoint

Preferred

• Healthcare payment products experience
• Customer-facing/business-focused mindset
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
