- We are seeking an experienced IT Senior Support Specialist 3 to provide ongoing technical support for enterprise users, troubleshoot complex end-user issues, and support both front-end and back-end software systems. This role involves system analysis, software modification support, database troubleshooting, and user training in a dynamic technical environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support to end users via phone and on-site assistance
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and application-related issues
- Support and maintain front-end and back-end third-party software systems
- Analyze user requirements and assist with software modifications/enhancements
- Develop and conduct training for software and hardware users
- Support asset management applications and related integrations
- Work with development and database teams to resolve technical issues
- Maintain system documentation and track assigned support tasks independently
- May lead support activities and assist in training junior staff
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience in technical support, system/network administration, application support, or related IT fields
- Strong experience providing independent technical support in enterprise environments
