- We are seeking a skilled LDAP Senior Engineer to design, deploy, and manage enterprise LDAP directory services. The role requires expertise in directory architecture, identity and access management, and DevOps integration. The engineer will ensure high availability, security, and optimal performance of directory services while supporting automation, monitoring, and collaboration with IT and development teams.
Key Responsibilities
LDAP Directory Management
- Design, deploy, configure, and maintain LDAP directories with high availability and security.
- Develop and enforce directory schemas, access controls, and data integrity standards.
- Troubleshoot LDAP-related issues to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
- Maintain documentation of configurations, processes, and dependencies.
Identity and Access Management (IAM)
- Integrate LDAP with IAM systems to enforce authentication and authorization policies.
- Support connectivity between LDAP and enterprise applications, including SSO and MFA.
- Monitor directory health, usage, and trends to anticipate scaling requirements.
DevOps Integration
- Develop and maintain automation scripts and CI/CD pipelines for directory deployments and updates.
- Implement monitoring and alerting systems using tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
- Use configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef) for consistent system configurations.
- Collaborate with IT, development, and security teams to ensure smooth integration of LDAP services.
