- Seeking a Lead UX/UI Systems Designer to create scalable design systems, high-fidelity interfaces, and intuitive enterprise applications. The role includes leading an agile design team, managing workflows in Jira, and conducting hands-on user research and usability testing.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries.
- Lead design team collaboration with Product Owners, Researchers, and Engineers.
- Create high-fidelity UI designs and prototypes with accessibility in mind.
- Conduct field research and usability testing to improve applications.
- Advocate for user-centered design and support agile delivery.
Requirements
- 6+ years UX/UI experience with enterprise applications and design systems.
- Proficient in Figma, Figjam, Jira, and Confluence.
- Strong portfolio showing user-centered design and scalable systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Agile experience and ability to manage design-to-engineering handoff.
- Willingness to travel for on-site research (~25%).
