Microsoft Dynamics 365 & .NET FS Developer

• We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 & .NET FS Developer to lead and support enterprise system projects. The role involves gathering requirements, configuring and maintaining systems, developing solutions, and ensuring optimal performance for business processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead or participate in project teams for enterprise system work efforts.
• Gather requirements from user departments to support end-user needs.
• Configure and maintain enterprise systems and software; troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Develop and maintain Business Process Procedures (BPPs) and related documentation.
• Train end users on systems and processes.
• Develop, execute, and validate test scripts; coordinate successful implementation of changes.
• Review current business processes versus best practices and recommend improvements.
• Monitor systems and processes to identify optimization opportunities.
• Evaluate changes in legislation, contracts, or regulations that may impact enterprise systems.
• Perform full application development life cycle activities: requirements analysis, coding, unit testing, and implementation.

Minimum Experience / Skills

• Design and implement model-driven apps, Dataverse tables, forms, views, business rules, security roles, and solutions.
• Build Power Automate flows and integrate with internal/external systems.
• Develop plugins, custom workflow activities, Web API integrations, JavaScript form scripts, and PCF controls.
• Apply ALM best practices including solution layering, environment strategies, and deployment pipelines.
• Build secure RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core, Node.js, Entity Framework Core with C# and VB.NET.
• Develop React/TypeScript single-page applications; ensure UI/UX quality, accessibility, and performance.
• Hands-on with Dynamics 365 CE/Dataverse: solutions, forms/views, security roles/teams, business rules, JavaScript customizations.
• Power Platform expertise: Power Apps (model-driven), Power Automate, MS Flows, Power BI, environment strategy.
• Proficient in C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET Core, Web API, Entity Framework Core, SQL Server.
• Front-end expertise with React, TypeScript, Angular, HTML5, CSS3.

Experience developing real-time integrations (LogicApps, SOAP/REST APIs) and Dynamics Web Portals for customer self-service.

• Familiar with OAuth 2.0/OpenID Connect, AAD, REST, Microsoft Graph integrations.

Experience with Git-based workflows and CI/CD in Azure DevOps.

• Develop and maintain ChatBOT and Azure BOT framework enhancements.

Preferred Experience

• 8+ years in enterprise system configuration, technical support, system testing, and end-user procedure development.
• Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
