- The team manages the PKI environment, including internal and external certificates. Certificates provide device identification and enable secure, encrypted data transmission. This role focuses on engineering tasks more than operational support.

- Venafi TPP (Trust Protection Platform) – MUST HAVE
- ADCS (Active Directory Certificate Services)
- Proven experience troubleshooting, configuring, and upgrading Venafi TPP
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on Venafi experience
Key Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and upgrades for the certificate platform
- Manage incident requests
- Support engineering initiatives and Venafi consolidation
- Administer certificates and deploy Venafi components
- (Optional) Automate certificate processes using PowerShell or similar tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Information Systems or related field
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with PKI (Venafi, ADCS, Entrust, DigiCert, etc.)
- 4+ years of Linux systems administration, including package management
- 4+ years of scripting experience (Ansible, Bash, PowerShell, Python preferred)
- Proficient in PKI technologies: code signing, CRL, CEP/CES, NDES
- Strong knowledge of SSL/TLS, cryptographic algorithms, certificate authorities, and truststores
- Security industry certification is a plus
- Working knowledge of TCP/IP networking and familiarity with firewalls, routers, switches, DNS, gateways, and load balancers
- Proficiency in UNIX and Windows systems for certificate management
