Product Manager – Appointment Scheduling

• Lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of digital products within a defined business area. Drive product development, enhance user experience, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product management for multiple or strategic digital products
• Define product roadmap, features, and implementation plans
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve client experience
• Mentor product teams on best practices and agile methodologies
• Manage product delivery, stakeholder communication, and alignment
• Resolve production and implementation issues, including escalations
• Use qualitative and quantitative insights to enhance user experience
• Support business planning and prioritization activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of relevant product management experience

Experience leading cross-functional teams on large-scale projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate degree
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Experience in digital product lifecycle and user experience optimization
