Project Engineer

Position’s Contributions to Work Group

• Black Belt certification (preferred) with a focus on machining centers maintenance operations, reliability data analytics (Statistical Data Analysis / Llumin maintenance data / Power BI) and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities.

Experience in manufacturing operations, RCCA on maintenance repairs.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with safety and reliability standards.
• Improve machine availability & OEE through loss analysis & corrective actions.
• Analyze maintenance data to identify trends, diagnose issues, and develop actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Manage critical spares and obsolescence strategy.
• Lead root cause investigations and implement permanent fixes.

Additional Responsibilities

• Deploy TPM and operator care on constraint machining centers.
• Influence reliability in new equipment design and commissioning.
• Implement predictive maintenance (vibration, lubrication, thermal monitoring) initiative.
• Coach operators and technicians on defect tagging and basic care

About this Role

• Exciting opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of Client’s large engine products and New Capital Introduction (NCI) processes, including new product assets, process workflows, launch strategies, and emerging technologies.
• Typical task breakdown: Perform data analysis & support maintenance team to improve machine availability.

Education & Experience Required

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Industrial)
• Minimum 10 years of experience

Required Technical Skills

• CNC machining Centers & misc. assets maintenance operation experience
• Statistical & reliability data analytics, & root cause analysis
• Microsoft O365 / Power BI

Desired

• Black Belt certified
• Llumin CMMS+ https://llumin.com/
• Project Management, New Capital Introduction (NCI)
• Hands-on CNC experience, including machine setup
• Operation / Programming / Coaching
