Project Manager 3

• The Project Management Office is seeking an individual to support the implementation of a child and behavioral health case management system.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver project results within established timeframes and quality measures.
• Prepare project assets and direct resources on assigned projects, ensuring clarity of roles and responsibilities.
• Identify project stakeholders and manage communication effectively.
• Consult with business leaders to translate project ideas into defined projects with goals, objectives, and scope.
• Identify resources needed and lead project teams, ensuring timely completion of project plans.
• Develop and implement communication and reporting mechanisms to manage issues, risks, and deliverable timelines.
• Translate project goals into a defined future state and measurable success criteria for stakeholders and project teams.
• Capture business needs and objectives in functional and non-functional requirements for systems and processes.
• Oversee requirements through testing and implementation.
• Ensure project quality via reviews, approvals, and corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain complete and current project documentation.
• Share project management best practices with peers, as applicable.
