Project Manager 5

• We are seeking an experienced Project Manager 5 to manage, direct, and plan major complex projects consisting of one or more project teams. This role is responsible for the day-to-day execution, management, and reporting of projects, including managing resources, costs, scope, and ensuring deadlines are met according to plan.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan, develop, and implement business projects and recommend strategies, actions, and/or alternatives for business decisions relative to the projects under your responsibility.
• Manage, develop, and maintain integrated detailed project estimates, work plans, and resource plans while controlling project scope. Ensure deliverables are met on time, within budget, and on target.
• Communicate any proposed changes to planned activities, schedules, costs, benefits, or impacts and manage changes according to approved recommendations.
• Manage vendor relationships and contractual obligations with all project vendors.
• Identify, document, assign, and track project issues through resolution.
• Confirm achievement of objectives, verify and document project results, and formalize acceptance of project deliverables by stakeholders.
