RN - Rehab - Contract - MSM

• We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with rehabilitation experience to provide specialized nursing care to patients, including those requiring wound, ostomy, continence care, and mechanical ventilation support. This role focuses on patient-centered care, efficient operations, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to optimize recovery and functional outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Perform charge nurse duties as assigned
• Coordinate with nurse leadership to ensure appropriate use of supplies and resources
• Escalate staffing or material shortages as needed
• Deliver cost-effective, patient-focused care
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
• Facilitate patient throughput during assigned shifts

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of RN experience
• Minimum 2 years of rehabilitation and mechanical ventilation experience

Experience with EPIC EMR preferred

Education

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
