- Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) – Urology to provide high-quality patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient needs. The role requires strong clinical judgment, effective communication, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care by assessing, planning, and evaluating patient needs.
- Apply critical thinking in clinical decision-making and care delivery.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, procedures, and post-care instructions.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with patients, families, and team members.
- Prioritize and manage multiple aspects of patient care effectively.
- Identify and escalate safety concerns, risks, or gaps in care.
- Accurately document nursing activities to support quality and performance improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Urology nursing experience.
- At least 1 year of travel nursing experience.
Experience in fast-paced clinical environments.
Experience with Epic EMR system.
Education
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
