RN - Wound Care (000539)

• Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) – Wound Care with expertise in assessing, treating, and managing acute and chronic wounds. The role requires strong clinical judgment and experience in wound and ostomy care to support optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement care for patients with complex wounds (pressure injuries, surgical wounds, ulcers)
• Provide wound and ostomy (colostomy) care and management
• Monitor healing progress and adjust treatment plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive care
• Educate patients and caregivers on wound care and prevention
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatments, and outcomes
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg experience
• Hands-on experience in wound care and ostomy/colostomy management
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills

Education

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
