Salesforce Solutions Expert

• We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solutions Expert/Architect to lead the design and delivery of secure, scalable, and user-focused Salesforce solutions. This role will bridge strategic business needs with robust and secure solution architecture, collaborating with stakeholders, developers, and technical leads to deliver sustainable enterprise solutions. The role includes hands-on technical expertise, cross-functional leadership, and driving continuous innovation across the Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions and guide technical strategies and execution.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, tech leads, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical architecture.
• Design and implement complex API-based integrations connecting Salesforce with external systems.
• Ensure solutions comply with data security, performance, and backup standards.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks across the architecture.
• Provide guidance on using standard Salesforce functionality vs. custom solutions.
• Create technical documentation, data models, and solution diagrams.
• Lead code reviews, design sessions/workshops, and release planning sessions.
• Work with Agile teams on backlog refinement, user story decomposition, and acceptance criteria.
• Assist with Salesforce environment setup and CI/CD pipeline processes.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project integration and delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

• Salesforce Technical Architect/Application Architect certification
• Salesforce Integration Architect certification
• Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification
• Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification
• Copado certification
• MuleSoft I and II certifications
• 7+ years in requirements analysis, business process design, and Salesforce solution architecture
• Extensive experience with Apex, LWC, Aura, Flows, SOSL, SOQL, Salesforce Admin, and advanced architectural patterns

Experience guiding development teams on platform technology usage

• Proficiency in object-oriented design patterns and languages such as Apex, Java, JavaScript, C#, and Ruby
• Data migration strategies and ETL tool experience
• Knowledge of mobile solutions and on-platform mobile architecture

Experience with Salesforce Shield and Lightning

• 5+ years with Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, version control (GitHub/BitBucket), and Agile methodologies
• Understanding of accessibility laws and WCAG 2.1 compliance
