- Seeking an experienced SAP IM/WM Analyst to provide expertise in Inventory Management (IM) and Warehouse Management (WM). The role involves confirming and developing business requirements, providing configuration, data migration, interface, and functional support, and leading the design of IM/WM interfaces, conversion programs, reports, and enhancements. The analyst will also develop and maintain system documentation including business process procedures, functional design specifications, process flows, and test cases.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of SAP experience
- Expertise in Inbound, RF, Quality Inspection, Pack/Pass, Serial Number Management, Batch Management, Handling Units, and Transportation/Shipping Management
Experience in SDLC: requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, documentation, testing, implementation, and post-production support of standard and custom business solutions
- Integration knowledge with CO, FM, FI, SD, and MM
- Federal experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical, engineering, scientific, managerial, or business discipline (or equivalent experience)
Primary Job Duties
- Provide SAP IM/WM expertise to confirm and develop business requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand procurement and materials processes
- Provide configuration, data migration, interface, and functional support as necessary
- Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules
- Provide SAP application support, incident management, troubleshooting, and resolution of SAP-related issues
Preferred Skills
- 5+ years SAP IM/WM experience
- Knowledge of decentralized SAP EWM and integration with IM/WM
- Familiarity with HazMat regulations, compliance, and integrating safety protocols into SAP workflows
Experience with agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence
- Knowledge of DoD/Navy ERP and IT architectures
- Understanding of change management processes
