  • We are seeking an experienced SAP IM/WM Analyst to provide expertise in SAP Inventory Management (IM) and Warehouse Management (WM) processes. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to define and confirm business requirements, support system configuration, and ensure effective end-to-end warehouse and inventory operations within SAP.
  • The analyst will also support data migration, interface development, functional enhancements, and overall system integration across SAP modules.

  • 10+ years of overall SAP experience

Strong expertise in SAP IM/WM processes including

  • Inbound Processing
  • RF (Radio Frequency) operations
  • Quality Inspection
  • Pack/Pass processes
  • Serial Number Management
  • Batch Management
  • Handling Units (HU)
  • Transportation and Shipping Management

Experience across full SDLC including requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and production support in a Tier 3 environment

  • Strong integration knowledge with SAP CO, FM, FI, SD, and MM modules
  • Federal or government project experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent documented experience
  • Primary Responsibilities
  • Provide SAP IM/WM expertise for business requirements definition and validation
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand procurement and materials management processes
  • Perform system configuration, data migration, interface support, and functional enhancements
  • Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules
  • Support SAP application troubleshooting, incident management, and issue resolution

Preferred Skills

  • 5+ years of SAP IM/WM experience

Experience with decentralized SAP EWM and integration with IM/WM

  • Knowledge of HazMat compliance and safety integration in SAP processes
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence

Experience with DoD/Navy ERP environments or similar federal IT architectures

  • Understanding of change management processes
