Senior AI Engineer – Agentic Systems & LLM

Required Skills

• 2–3+ years of hands-on experience building Agentic AI workflows
• Strong Python development expertise
• Experience building and deploying production-grade AI applications
• Deep understanding of LLMs, Prompt Engineering & Orchestration
• Expertise in RAG architectures, embeddings & vector databases
• Experience with:
• ✔ LangChain
• ✔ LangGraph
• ✔ AutoGen
• ✔ Agentic workflows
• ✔ Multi-step AI agents

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end LLM-powered applications
• Build scalable RAG pipelines over enterprise data
• Develop tool-using AI agents with planning, execution & memory
• Integrate AI systems with APIs, backend services & cloud platforms
• Improve model performance, reliability, latency & cost optimization

Preferred Experience

• Healthcare Insurance / Payer domain experience
• Cloud-native AI application architecture
• Scalable distributed system design
