Responsibilities

  • Administer and support enterprise BI/reporting platforms
  • Perform system tuning, monitoring, upgrades, and patching
  • Manage platform security, user access, and compliance
  • Support application releases and configuration management
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues
  • Work closely with DBAs, developers, and business stakeholders
  • Provide analytics support and recommend platform improvements
  • Mentor junior team members

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or related field preferred.
