Responsibilities
- Administer and support enterprise BI/reporting platforms
- Perform system tuning, monitoring, upgrades, and patching
- Manage platform security, user access, and compliance
- Support application releases and configuration management
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues
- Work closely with DBAs, developers, and business stakeholders
- Provide analytics support and recommend platform improvements
- Mentor junior team members
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or related field preferred.
