  • Seeking a Senior Systems Technical Analyst with expertise in application, system, and platform integrations. This role bridges business stakeholders and technical teams, translating requirements into well-defined technical and integration specifications that support scalable and reliable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze, document, and support integrations between applications, systems, and platforms, focusing on data movement, orchestration, and workflow execution.
  • Define and document functional and technical requirements, including integration specifications, data mappings, and interface designs.
  • Support multiple integration patterns: API-based, batch/file-based, ODBC/database-driven, point-to-point, and middleware-based interfaces.
  • Act as an analyst within the BPM ecosystem, supporting workflow design, process modeling, and system interactions.
  • Develop working knowledge of orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow), including scheduling, dependencies, monitoring, and error handling.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and translate them into actionable technical designs.
  • Partner with developers and QA teams to support integration testing, validate data flows, and confirm expected outcomes.
  • Troubleshoot and perform root-cause analysis for integration and data issues across environments.
  • Maintain clear, accurate documentation including methodologies, workflows, and issue logs.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of analysis and delivery practices.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years as a Systems Analyst, Technical Analyst, or similar role, preferably in financial services or investment management.
  • Strong experience analyzing and documenting system integrations and end-to-end data flows.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and integration designs.
  • Hands-on experience or familiarity with APIs, file-based integrations, relational databases, and SQL.

Experience in Agile or iterative development environments; support integration and SIT/UAT testing.

  • Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency with standard documentation and productivity tools (Microsoft Office, Confluence, Jira, qTest).
  • Ability to learn new platforms, tools, and technologies quickly.

Preferred (Not Required)

Experience with BPM tools and workflow-driven systems.

  • Familiarity with orchestration/scheduling tools like Airflow.
