  • We are seeking a highly skilled Senior VoIP / Network Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise-level voice and network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in VoIP technologies, network architecture, and performance optimization, with the ability to troubleshoot complex communication systems and ensure high availability across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • VoIP & Unified Communications
  • Design, deploy, and maintain VoIP and IP telephony systems
  • Configure and support VoIP protocols such as SIP, RTP, and related technologies
  • Troubleshoot voice quality issues including latency, jitter, and packet loss
  • Support unified communications platforms and voice integrations

Network Engineering

  • Configure and manage routers, switches, and firewalls
  • Design and maintain network infrastructure supporting voice and data traffic
  • Implement QoS (Quality of Service) to optimize voice performance Manage VLANs, VPNs, and TCP/IP networking

Monitoring, Performance & Reliability

  • Monitor network and voice systems to ensure high availability and performance
  • Proactively identify and resolve infrastructure issues Utilize monitoring tools to track system health and performance metrics

Security & Compliance

  • Implement network security best practices across voice and data environments
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise standards and policies Support firewall configurations and secure communication protocols

Collaboration & Project Delivery

  • Partner with cross-functional teams on infrastructure and telecom initiatives
  • Support network upgrades, migrations, and optimization projects
  • Document configurations, processes, and technical solutions

Required Qualifications

  • Strong experience with VoIP technologies and protocols (SIP, RTP, etc.)

Hands-on expertise in networking

TCP/IP

  • VLANs
  • VPNs
  • QoS

Experience with platforms such as Cisco, Avaya, or similar

  • Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in complex environments

Experience designing and supporting enterprise network infrastructure

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with cloud-based VoIP or unified communications platforms

  • Relevant certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent

Experience with network monitoring and performance tools

  • Knowledge of network security principles and tools
