Software Developer 2

• We are seeking a Software Developer 2 with 4–7 years of experience to research, design, implement, and manage software programs while collaborating closely with developers, UX designers, and business/system analysts. The role includes designing and developing AI-driven agentic solutions, including autonomous workflows and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, to enhance productivity, automate processes, and support intelligent decision-making with a focus on governance, security, and cost efficiency. The candidate will work with limited supervision, exercising creativity and independent judgment, while contributing to enterprise AI solutions and scalable architectures.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or advanced data science
• 4+ years building and deploying production-grade autonomous agents
• 4+ years of experience in context engineering
• 4+ years implementing RAG architectures using vector databases
• 4+ years proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries (OpenAI, Hugging Face, Azure AI)
• 4+ years integrating LLMs via APIs and knowledge of AI governance, model lifecycle management, and evaluation
• 4+ years implementing and extending Model Context Protocol (MCP) for secure, standardized access to local and remote data
• 4+ years implementing AI guardrails, content filtering, and safety controls
• 4+ years understanding data privacy and handling sensitive data (PII/PHI)
• 2+ years building multi-agent or autonomous workflows (preferred)
• 2+ years optimizing LLM cost, token usage, and performance (preferred)
• 2+ years familiarity with enterprise AI deployment patterns and scalability considerations (preferred)
