Software Test Analyst 5

• We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Software Test Engineer to lead quality assurance efforts across enterprise applications, including Payments and CRM platforms. This role requires deep expertise in test automation, API validation, performance testing, and system integrations, along with strong leadership skills to mentor teams and drive QA best practices in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• QA Leadership & Strategy
• Lead QA strategy, standards, and best practices across enterprise applications
• Mentor and guide junior QA engineers
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and product owners to ensure quality delivery

Automation & Functional Testing

• Design and implement test automation frameworks using Playwright (Python) and Pytest
• Maintain and enhance legacy automation scripts using UFT/VBScript
• Develop and execute functional and regression test suites

• API & Integration Testing
• Automate REST API testing using REST Assured
• Validate enterprise system integrations and data flows
• Ensure end-to-end testing across multiple platforms

Performance & Load Testing

Execute performance and load testing using

• Locust
• JMeter
• LoadRunner
• Analyze system performance and identify bottlenecks

Data Validation & Quality Assurance

• Perform data validation using SQL (joins, multi-table queries, CTEs)
• Ensure data integrity across integrated systems
• Manage test data and test environments

DevOps & CI/CD Integration

• Integrate automated tests into Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines
• Use tools such as Git and Allure for version control and reporting
• Track defects, test cases, and execution using Azure Test Plans or similar tools

Security, Compliance & Accessibility

Perform testing aligned with

• PCI DSS, GDPR, HIPAA compliance standards
• Conduct accessibility and usability testing
• Ensure compliance with WCAG 2.1/2.2 guidelines
• Validate applications using assistive technologies (JAWS, NVDA)

Documentation & Reporting

Create and maintain test documentation

BRD, FRD, SRS, RTM

• Provide test reports, metrics, and quality insights to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software testing (automation + performance)

Strong hands-on experience with

• Playwright (Python), Pytest
• REST Assured for API automation
• SQL for data validation

Experience with Dynamics 365 functional testing

Experience with performance testing tools (Locust, JMeter, LoadRunner)

Familiarity with

• Git
• Azure DevOps pipelines
• Test data and environment management

Knowledge of

• Security standards (PCI, GDPR, HIPAA)
• Accessibility guidelines (WCAG 2.1/2.2)
• Assistive technologies (JAWS, NVDA)
• Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in Dynamics 365, Python, SQL, or Agile

Experience with C#, .NET, or Java

• Exposure to Docker/Kubernetes environments

Experience with Azure Test Plans or similar test management tools

• Familiarity with SAFe or scaled Agile frameworks
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
