  • Seeking a Sr. Business Operations Manager to drive customer adoption, mitigate risk, and improve satisfaction across key segments. Leverage AI-powered tools to scale operations, automate workflows, and enable data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and track customer adoption plans; use AI analytics to identify at-risk customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute adoption initiatives
  • Monitor adoption metrics, customer health, and NPS trends to mitigate risks
  • Build dashboards, templates, and workflows to scale operations
  • Prepare executive materials and translate data into actionable insights
  • Support headcount planning, capacity management, and resource allocation

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years in business operations, customer success operations, or program management (SaaS preferred)

Experience with AI tools for analytics, automation, and predictive modeling

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
  • Familiarity with customer success metrics (GRR, NPS, adoption metrics)
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to drive stakeholder alignment
