- Seeking a Sr. Business Operations Manager to drive customer adoption, mitigate risk, and improve satisfaction across key segments. Leverage AI-powered tools to scale operations, automate workflows, and enable data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and track customer adoption plans; use AI analytics to identify at-risk customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute adoption initiatives
- Monitor adoption metrics, customer health, and NPS trends to mitigate risks
- Build dashboards, templates, and workflows to scale operations
- Prepare executive materials and translate data into actionable insights
- Support headcount planning, capacity management, and resource allocation
Qualifications
- 3–5 years in business operations, customer success operations, or program management (SaaS preferred)
Experience with AI tools for analytics, automation, and predictive modeling
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
- Familiarity with customer success metrics (GRR, NPS, adoption metrics)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to drive stakeholder alignment
