Staff Engineer - Data

• Seeking a senior engineer to design and deliver complex software solutions across hybrid environments. The role includes managing data interfaces, supporting high-volume transaction processing, ML model development, and software application integration. Provides technical leadership, mentors engineers, and drives architectural improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Software Engineers.
• Design, develop, and implement scalable, secure software solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, optimize system performance, and reduce technical debt.
• Collaborate with leadership on architecture and technical initiatives.
• Maintain LDAP directories and integrate with IAM systems (SSO, MFA).
• Implement DevOps automation, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring solutions.
• Ensure security compliance and perform audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in CS, Engineering, or related field (Advanced degree preferred).
• 6+ years in software engineering, with 2+ years in a senior or leadership role.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, MSSQL, Oracle PL/SQL.

Experience with relational/No-SQL databases, ETL, vector databases.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms, microservices, DevOps practices preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Technical Expertise

• LDAP directory services, IAM integrations, DevOps automation, security compliance.
• Scripting and configuration management (Python, Bash, Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
