Tech Lead - NodeJS/Typscript/AWS

• We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Lead with expertise in NodeJS, TypeScript, and AWS to lead complex software projects. The ideal candidate will provide technical direction, ensure high-quality deliverables, and mentor team members while staying current with emerging technologies, including GenAI and RAG.

• Understanding of GenAI and RAG, or willingness to learn

Core Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level technical leadership for critical software, middleware, or hardware projects across multiple platforms. Complete complex development, design, implementation, architecture, and maintenance activities.
• Ensure the viability of IT deliverables. Recommend development options and approve team technical deliverables. Conduct testing, including functionality, limitations, and security.
• Identify potential solutions and approve technical solutions proposed by team members. Resolve complex technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and anticipate technology problems.
• Communicate with stakeholders on project issues and impacts. Evaluate change requests and influence decisions effectively.
• Maintain current knowledge of IT development methodology, architecture, and technical standards. Mentor IT staff and identify training needs.
• Review and approve documentation and diagrams created by the team. Write technical standards and process documentation.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in technical standards, methodologies, and technologies.
• Participate in design, code, and test inspections throughout the product lifecycle. Serve as a technical consultant in project meetings and present technical status and issues during milestone reviews.
