- Seeking a Technical Architect III to support Siemens Opcenter MES rollout across manufacturing sites. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing MES customizations and integrations, bridging manufacturing operations, IT, and OT.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and design end-to-end MES solutions.
- Develop customizations, services, rules, events, and UI components.
- Implement integrations with ERP, PLM, SCADA, and other systems using REST/SOAP APIs and web services.
- Support MES deployment, testing, validation, and upgrades.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and provide technical guidance.
- Troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 8–10 years with Siemens Opcenter / Camstar MES solutions.
- Hands-on MES customization and integration experience.
- Strong understanding of MES architecture, manufacturing, and shop floor operations.
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, messaging, SQL, and relational databases.
- Fluent in English.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Opcenter Execution (Discrete, Process, or Medical/Pharma).
Experience in regulated/validated environments (GxP, FDA, ISO).
- Familiarity with ERP, PLM, SCADA, and industrial automation.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
