Technical Lead- Java

• We are seeking a hands-on Technical Lead to provide technical leadership and architecture for strategic initiatives. The role involves solution design, hands-on development, and guiding a cross-functional team across backend, cloud, and frontend domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and define technical roadmaps
• Decompose complex problems into actionable plans
• Define, document, and negotiate API/service contracts
• Ensure solutions meet security, resiliency, and maintainability standards
• Remain hands-on in coding, code reviews, and technical problem-solving
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and team planning

Required Skills

• Java (primary development language)
• AWS (ECS, Lambda, S3, Glue)
• DynamoDB

Preferred / Learnable

• Angular, GraphQL, Python
• Additional database experience
