AI SecOps & Detection Lead / Storage Engineering Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Build and operate AI security lifecycle processes across the organization
• Integrate AI-related findings from tools like Wiz and AIM into SOC workflows
• Lead shadow AI discovery initiatives and AI-specific incident response playbooks
• Manage and optimize enterprise storage environments including NAS, SAN, and object storage
• Configure replication, snapshots, backup integration, and disaster recovery solutions
• Troubleshoot complex storage, replication, connectivity, and performance issues
• Automate storage administration tasks using PowerShell, Python, or Ansible
• Work independently across infrastructure, Dev teams, SOC, compliance, and security leadership

Required Skills

• Expert with Dell EMC Isilon / PowerScale
• Strong experience with Superna integrated with Isilon
• Strong multiprotocol expertise (SMB/NFS simultaneously)
• Permissions cleanup and best practices in multiprotocol environments

Experience with NAS/SAN storage platforms

• Strong understanding of NFS, SMB/CIFS, Fibre Channel, and iSCSI

Experience with replication, snapshots, backup, DR technologies

• VMware, Windows Server, and Linux administration experience
• Strong scripting and automation skills (PowerShell/Python/Ansible)
• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills

Desired Experience

• 7+ years of enterprise storage engineering experience
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Consulting / Professional Services background preferred
