Senior AI Engineer – Agentic Systems & LLM

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and build end-to-end LLM-powered applications using Python
• Design and implement RAG pipelines using embeddings and vector databases
• Develop multi-step AI agents with planning, execution, memory, and tool usage
• Work with frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, and AutoGen
• Integrate AI systems with APIs, backend services, and cloud platforms
• Establish evaluation strategies for accuracy, latency, reliability, and cost optimization

Required Skills

• 2–3+ years of hands-on experience building agentic workflows
• Strong Python backend engineering expertise
• Experience with LLM orchestration and prompt engineering
• Strong knowledge of RAG architectures, embeddings, and vector databases
• Experience building scalable cloud-based systems
• Strong system design capabilities

Nice to Have

• Healthcare insurance / payer domain experience
