Business Management Analyst

• C.Tekk Solutions Inc d/b/a DFW IT JOBS is hiring a Business Management Analyst to support business process improvement and digital transformation work. You will work with company leadership and client stakeholders to review workflows, staffing models and operating procedures, and recommend data-driven changes that raise efficiency, cut costs and support growth.

Responsibilities

• Review workflows, staffing structures and procedures, and identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Collect and analyze financial, time-and-cost and personnel data to support management decisions.
• Prepare cost-benefit and ROI analyses for proposed process, system and staffing changes.
• Document current and proposed processes with process maps, SOPs and workflow diagrams (Visio).
• Build and track KPIs and dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, Excel) to measure the results of changes.
• Interview managers, supervisors and staff to uncover duplicated work, communication gaps and structural issues.
• Evaluate vendor contracts, staffing placements and resource allocation to find savings and improve client service.
• Present written and verbal recommendations to management and client stakeholders.
• Help with training materials and change-management plans so staff adopt new processes and systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics or a related field. A Bachelor of Commerce or a postgraduate diploma in management is also accepted.
• Strong analytical, reporting and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Excel, Power BI or Tableau, and Visio.
• 0–3 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement or consulting. Entry-level candidates are welcome.
