Key Responsibilities

  • Lead planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale technical programs
  • Manage project portfolios, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Drive technical delivery across architecture, implementation, testing, and deployment
  • Oversee big data and infrastructure initiatives
  • Establish project governance, risk management, and reporting processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders
  • Mentor teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years in Systems Delivery roles
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering

Experience with Big Data and/or Infrastructure environments

  • Strong Portfolio Management & Budgeting background
  • Expertise integrating diverse data sources and monitoring best practices

Experience leading transformation programs valued at $5M+

  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills
