Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end AI project lifecycle from POC to enterprise deployment
  • Drive AI governance, ethical AI standards, and data privacy compliance
  • Coordinate across Data Science, Clinical, Security, and IT teams
  • Manage Agile/Scrum delivery, project roadmaps, budgets, risks, and resources
  • Monitor AI model KPIs including accuracy, reliability, and clinical impact
  • Mentor PMO teams and support organizational AI capability building

Required Skills

  • Strong IT Program/Project Management experience
  • Experience managing Data & AI/ML initiatives
  • Agile/Scrum expertise
  • Healthcare/Hospital domain experience preferred
  • PMP Certification – Highly Preferred
  • Certified Scrum Master preferred
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills
  • Tools: MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 8+ years of progressively responsible IT Program Management experience.
