Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end AI project lifecycle from POC to enterprise deployment
- Drive AI governance, ethical AI standards, and data privacy compliance
- Coordinate across Data Science, Clinical, Security, and IT teams
- Manage Agile/Scrum delivery, project roadmaps, budgets, risks, and resources
- Monitor AI model KPIs including accuracy, reliability, and clinical impact
- Mentor PMO teams and support organizational AI capability building
Required Skills
- Strong IT Program/Project Management experience
- Experience managing Data & AI/ML initiatives
- Agile/Scrum expertise
- Healthcare/Hospital domain experience preferred
- PMP Certification – Highly Preferred
- Certified Scrum Master preferred
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills
- Tools: MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree with 8+ years of progressively responsible IT Program Management experience.
